Help sorry the process com.htc.bg has stopped unexpectedly ahhh!!!!

Hi for some reason my phone has started giving me the message-


sorry the process com.htc.bg has stopped unexpectedly


im using the latest firmware so not sure whats going on but its a right pain, is there a update to fix this or get rid of it? would a factory reset of my phone get rid of this problem??
