Help Speaker and mic works in radio but didn't work else

I dont know what happen or what caused it but my Q Mobile noir A10 speaker and mic works in radio also headset works only in radio except that they did not work in call msg or notification tried with hard reset but problem still. its a software issue or hardware i dont know coz if its hardware issue then why speaker and handset work in radio and if its software then why not resolved with hard reset.

If the problem persists after a factory reset, it's most likely hardware unfortunately. Is the device still in warranty?
