Help Sygic problems with 2.1

I've got Sygic Maps 10 whitch worked fine with 1.6 but after upgrading to 2.1 doesn't connect to the satelites and the app is very slow and lags alot. After removing the app and maps and reinstalling it all tha app doesn't even start. I only get as far as the skyline logo before it shuts down. Tried reinstalling 2-3 times to no avail. Anybody got suggestions? I've contacted Sygic but since it's a weekend I guess they won't reply until monday.
