Help tab 4 wifi problems

hello.
I'm new here hoping to get some help.

I have a tab4 that I bought in november 2014 till now and I have been having severe WiFi issues.
the tab4 will connect to my router but every few seconds (very unpredictable) it loses all WiFi signals including the ones i'm not connected to and reconnect after about 5-10 seconds. this happens constantly.

no damage. never dropped it or spilt liquid on it. always in a thick leather case with a screen protector.

i have contacted samsung about it and they told me to do a static connection which did not work. told me to Hard reset it, which worked for 2 weeks and then started to disconnect like previously before. now they want me to send it to the service centre to be looked at.

anyone have this issue?

Have you tried rebooting your router? Try any other wifi network to see if it's just your wifi?

i contacted my ISP and they changed the channel my router was on. i gave my tab to my family and they checked it out on there router and they said they had no problems. it working now. its prob my router. but thanks for the link. i wonder y i didnt find it before. looking for hours.
