Help Terms of agreement popup

I am getting a daily Samsung "terms of agreement" popup lately. I have been accepting them in hopes that it would eventually go away, but it won't. Is anyone else seeing this? If so, what was done to stop this?

I've been seeing the same thing, so far no luck in making it go away. It's only a minor annoyance but I'd also like to get rid of it. Seems to have started about the same time as the KitKat update but I can't be sure.

I keep getting the same annoying Samsung popup. And I've not upgrade to Kitkat.
Anyone know how to get rid of it?

I have not upgraded to Kit Kat either (Verizon user). We'll see if more people chime in and if it is an isolated issue or a big one that Samsung needs to look into. I've got to believe that they are not updating things that fast that is actually requiring agreement acknowledgements.

Happens all the d**n time. Kitkat, International Note 3 bought straight from Samsung.
