the tmoblie service is getting very un-dependable/un-reliable

    ok folks I have been with tmobile over four years now and AlWAYS had the "myfavs" on my account and now the service is not on my account. After many,many hours on hold,doing a master reset, swithcing out my device and sending me a new moto cliq. I finialy find out the issue is not my phone or me it is the network and t-mobile c/s agent told me this lastnight so what about all this time they was making me think I was messing my phone up and its on their end this reall.y makes me want to cancel service and go back to rotary dial.....:mad:

    I know they are making very major changes to the network and they should be more informative. Instead they dont say anything try to make you feel stupid, like this is my first day. OMG!!!!!!! I am just soooooo mad!!!!

    Its been out for a while now that myfaves is no longer a plan that is available. Though they grandfathered all existing plans(ie you stay with it as long as you dont change it). I know once I changed my plan over to the even more plus, I lost the myfaves icon on my phone(samsung behold II)
