My port of CyanogenMod 11.0 for LG l70 D320 D320n D325. It is unofficial and unsupported by the CyanogenMod team.
Absolutely NO WARRANTY! You can brick and destroy you device!
For advanced users only. Please, no stupid questions.
For install need unlocked bootloader and CWM or TWRP recovery.
For correct working RIL (Sim detection) and keys you need correct (for you variant of L70) bootloader (aboot.bin).

Spoiler: How to install CyanogenMod

1. Copy zip's to SD
   
2. Enter to recovery
3. wipe data
4. install zip from external_sd cm-11<...>.zip
5. install zip from external_sd gapps
6. reboot

NFC: There's an option, you can click it but nothing happens, button becomes gray, no turning on. (See screenshots)

OK, so... Something strange is happening. Sometimes after reboot it shows in settings as if NFC is turned on, but in reality is not. You can't toggle it, can't change state, nothing. Also, I think that same thing is causing my device to sometimes reboot to black screen, so I must hold power button to force reboot. Even on first boot it can give me black screen (I flashed severeal times, to be sure).

For dmesg, it doesn't give me any output except "1". Either it has no output or I'm doing something wrong. I tried following:

dmesg|grep pn547
dmesg | grep pn547

Both give me the above result, as well as copy-paste from your post. I typed su befor these commands, of course. Please correct me if I did something wrong. I am not that good when it comes to debugging, but I'm willing to learn.

so far this is the best mod I've seen on the L70 (MS323), runs very smooth.

few issues I've noticed:
1. main camera cannot be used, only the front facing camera shows
2. torch/flashlight cannot be activated
3. quick button cannot be bound to anything (button above volume)

Because this is for D320. On D320 all of this working great

I'm no expert by any means, but from what I can see D320 is just the name for the L70 they released in hongkong? just like the MS323 is the L70 I got from metropcs? going over the hardware specification I can't find any differences. If there is indeed a hardware difference, is there a working version that's for the america release L70(MS323)?

msm323 is a variant of L70 sold in USA, and it has additional button above volume buttons which can be assigned to whatever action you wish. BTW have you removed link to 20141222 version? link says nothing is found. I thought I could test it also...

How to logcat at boot? I have a general idea, but I need help for that.
