Unroot HTC Sensation Z710e

I need some help to unroot my HTC Sensation Z710e.

Vodafone Nederland.

I don't know which RUU I need and how I can see which version I have.
I also don't now were I can download my RUU version.

I'm also looking for a tutorial to unroot my phone, There are many forums but I don't know which one is good.

If you need any extra information about the phone just ask me!
