Help using terminal emulator

I downloaded terminal emulator, but how do I use it to move apps to SD on an unrooted phone? It's a ZTE Z813.

As Pugs said, you're still going to need root access. A terminal isn't any kind of magic way to interact with your phone's file system, it's just a different way compared to something like the 'ES File Explorer' app. One utilizes a command line interface while the other one uses a graphical interface, but they're both doing the exact same thing.
