To keep a very long story short................... my Razr Maxx was rooted while under 2.3.6 and I decided to allow the OTA update to 4.1.2 to occur. Since then, I've noticed quite a few strange this, as online in my other thread. I've decided it's probably best to perform a backup, reset to factory and wipe my SD card for good measure and get everything back to factory, with the 4.1.2 version, which is already installed via the OTA update.
Once that's all done, I want to root the phone again and what to make sure I get the proper programs and instructions. Can someone please link me to that information? Thanks in advance.
