I went to reboot my phone yesterday, and it got hung in a reboot loop. Couldn't stop it, pulled battery, ended up doing a factory reset (Volume Up & Power - then choosing clear data) This finally allowed the phone to boot, but lost everything.
Speaking with Sprint about this, they asked if I used exchange, which I do, and then asked if I have a numeric only pin code, which I did. Evidently this is a bug that many are experiencing. The fix is to add at least 1 alpha character to your pincode. I haven't had the balls to reboot since I made the change, but sprint assures me that will take care of it.
