Help When opening the phone, how do I get back the left to right swipe?

What I mean is, when I used to open it, I'd put my thumb on the bottom left of the screen then "swipe" to the middle right side to open it but after buggering about with diffirent things ect its gone .

I found it easier and comfier than swiping accross the bottom....I know I'm lazy...lol

i think you mean the originall 'arc' style lock screen.
i dont think you can after the update, unless someone managed to extract it?
there are plenty of 'lock screens' on the market some are free, you could try one of them?

i have used a few different ones, i do prefer the stock one, but one of these may suite you?

with 2.1 you can still do the arc swipe as long as you touch the left corner first

Cant with 2.1 the "unlock slide" has changed

Basically it's exactly the same underneath but the graphic has changed so use the same motion and it will still work.

put your finger on the left bottom and swipe up to mid right position as you would in the arc position. just because the graphic has changed, on 2.1 the arc swipe still worked.
