Where are the settings for Gallery ?

Hi all,
I was trying to solve my problem I created another one.

I was trying to remove synces picasa photos from Gallery. Following the advice from the forum I went to Menu/Settings/Applications/Manage Applications/All/Gallery to force stop + clear data.

Now I can see the Gallery at all. Camera is taking pictures and storing them somewhere but I can't see the app.

I installed another pics viewer and can browse my pics but I can't set pictures as wallpapers, I can't select Gallery as a source.

When I take a picture I can't open the gallery and my Camera app is going down.

I hope you can help me.
