Help Wifi Connecting Problem

At home I have two adsl account but using the same modem so they share the same open network name. I've got one capped account and another uncapped account. but it set the capped account as default and keeps asking for that password.

How do I change it so that it is the uncapped account that is default? Because when ever I try connecting with my phone it just keep asking for the capped account. Please help. is there a way to display two account in the same open network? or is there a setting that I can change on the phone? (android 2.2)
