Hi all,
I'm getting my G1 today :).

I need to get a hands-free kit for the car, and am looking at the Parrot CK3100 or 3200 LS. Parrot aren't currently publishing any compatibility information for the G1.

Has anyone tried the G1 yet with either of these, and if so (the crucial question!) - does it work?!

Thanks,

James

Yes! I have the CK3000 Evolution (the one without the display) in my car and the G1 does work with it. Compared to my Blackberry Curve the time it takes the G1 to pair is huge. My BB would pair within a few seconds of turning on the car, the G1 is in the range of two minutes before it will pair with the Parrot, but it does eventually connect and stay connected...

What's up with that? I have the same kit with a custom harness for my mini cooper S. Yeah, it takes way too long to connect. It works fine for receiving calls. I just wish that Google would apply their goog411 voice prompt system with the google contacts. The BT off-hook button should activate a voice prompts so you can dial with voice commands. All you can do right now is redial.
