Hi, I was wondering if anyone else might be experiencing this. But whenever my phone gets the slightest bump the phone will turn off. If I try to turn the phone on by the power button it does nothing, it's like the phone is dead. If I pull the battery or plug it into a charger it will let me turn it back on. Any ideas on what is causing this?

Sound like a bad connection in the phone If it were me I'd replace it on warranty.
On a side note.....
I had a refurbished phone from samsung Omnia i920 /VZW and it was like brand new.
If it didn't have a sticker I'd never known.
So don't let a replacement phone scare you.

This heappened to me today for the first time, it wasnt a slight bump, but not awful either. My screen went black and then went to the red eye and then came back on. But it did take a few minutes, I thought it was weird.
