Help anyone experiencing this bug...

Hi all

When I'm looking through my pictures In the gallery, the pictures are a bit blurry. I have to give It a little zoom to get the pictures to look crisp. I'm just noticing this, so its iind of weird that this would happen out of nowhere. Anyone else having this issue?

Yup, same problem here. You have to zoom a little and the picture shows the real crispness. Very strange.

Nope. Problem showed up in 2.1 - even though the Evo's got a 24-bit color display, it's rated at 16-bit - a gallery limitation in Android itself that clears on zoom.

We all hoped for a fix in 2.2 but others that sampled even the new pure-Froyo gallery have reported the same weakness.

yea it kinda does when showing people pictures. at least it isn't like this when out in the computer. they look great there.
