Root Need help installing rom.

I'm really lost right now.
First I did this- xda-developers - View Single Post - [GUIDE] How to root Android 2.2 on the EVO 4G
Which I believe is rooting for my phone since it was 2.2 when I first received it.
Now I have this.

Now I'm trying to install Fresh 3.2.00 from [ROM] 9/3/10 | Fresh Evo 3.2.0.0 | New OTA Base + New Stagefright + New HTC Kernel - xda-developers

I have ROM Manager installed and Flash ClockworkMod Recovery done. I already put the fresh-evo-3.2.0.0.zip into the SD card. Tried Installing ROM from SD card, checking Backup Existing ROM and Wipe Data and Cache and it asks me to reboot into recovery. Here's the problem, it restarts and just stays on the white screen with the htc EVO 4G logo.
Please help.

Did you wait enough time after you restarted? I ask this because the first time I rooted rom it took a long time to boot, then all was fine..
