Root need help flashing to stock recovery

I'm using clockworkmod recovery and I was wonding if there was a simple way to flash the stock recovery back I wanted to do this because my updates not instaling and I thought that might help

Follow the instructions to flash drellisdee's recovery here:

http://androidforums.com/ally-all-things-root/146564-ally-recovery-img-here-custom-roms.html

But use the stock recovery instead, found in this post:

However, you're going to need to be pretty much stock to install it... I had stock recovery, updated to v8 from Ally-stock v6... only things I changed were I rooted and removed a few preinstalled apps, and it failed on install... I had to reflash stock again and work my way up to vB.

Really, the best way is probably to flash the rooted version from here:

Could I flash stock with rom manager cause I see the button to flash alternete recovery

No.

That button is to download alternate versions of their recovery if I recall correctly...

And I believe it's not a matter of the custom recoveries actively blocking LG updates (which they'd have no incentive to do) but rather them not having the LG keys to include allowing it to be verified. I'm not sure if bypassing this verification is possible.

If you have stock LG rom, why are you bothering trying to preserve your custom recovery? It's clearly doing nothing for you.
