Here is the method I used to successfully accomplish this task.
First off, you will need angry birds, angry birds
back up,(found on market ) es file
explorer, access to wifi network (given one of your phones does not have service or is not activated) & dropbox on both phones.
Back up your progress on old phone by hitting backup on the app,
this will produce setting.bak and
score.bak in the angry birds backup folder on sd card. Long press on both and
share to dropbox.
Open angry birds on your new device, beat
one level, or more ,and then back up the progress
on your new device, this will produce
setting and score.bak on new device,
Open es on new and delete setting
and score.bak. Use dropbox on your new phone
to download setting and score.bak, I
could not find where they
downloaded to, so i searched for
setting.bak in es , I was able to find it like this, copy it and
paste it back were it goes, in the angry
birds backup folder, do the same
with score.bak. Open the ab backup app on your
new device and press "RESTORE".
Even the golden eggs you have will be there.
