Help A few little annoyances, can they be fixed?

Hi Guys I have a few little niggles with the Galaxy S I’d like to have the answers to if possible, I have searched high and low all over the internet and either cant find them or all the threads are too old.

1. Is there any way I can hide folders in the ‘my files’ part of the phone, there are various folders there that just clutter the place up and its annoying.
2. When somebody calls me who is linked to there facebook account there last post on facebook appears on the incoming call screen, is there anyway I can remove it?
3. If you have several linked contacts i.e a twitter account, facebook and phone contact all linked together when you try and select which to display as default…it lists them as MY login name to specified account rather than listing it as ‘Twitter’ ‘Facebook’ it will show ‘xxxx@hotmail.com’ can this be fixed?
4. Most of my MP4 video files on my sd card display a blank (black) thumbnail as the preview image, can I fix this?
5. I have a podcasts folder on my phones internal memory with various podcasts in (all correctly tagged with album name, artist etc etc) but when I see them in the music player they dont appear under ‘artist’ or ‘album’ yet any wmp synced music on my sd card does.

I’d appericate any fixes for the above or at the very least if someone can put me out of my misery by telling me that they just cant be fixed and ill have to live with them.

Thanks!

Fixed. Which browser are you using?

1) If you type a "." at the very front of the folder name, android treats it as a hidden file. However, I am not sure what that will do to the apps that requires that folder.
2) Probably not. But I don't use facebook sync.
3) No idea
4) The video player uses the very first frame of the video (00:00) as the thumbnail. If you edit the video using Windows Movie Maker and add a one second (or even less) frame to the beginning of the video, that should appear as the thumbnail.
5) What happens when you move the podcast file to the external SD card?

Thanks for the reply

1) So if I put a '.' on my DCIM folder as a test and take a picture to see if the picture correctly goes in the hidden folder and if it does I should be safe to hide whichever folders I please?
4) I see, it would be difficult to do that as there are a lot of videos on my sd card but no worries, aslong as I know that
