I'm getting ready to unroot and reroot. One of the steps is syncing with app brain. Well I noticed there's an appbrain update and everyone is saying it sucks. I realize that when I'm done and I resync with app brain I'm going to have the new version. I don't want to be stuck with that. How do I back up the version I have?

You currently have root? Use titanium backup.

EDIT: If you're going to unroot, you may as well use titanium backup to backup all your apps. No sense in redownloading everything.

Thanks I have root but I don't have s-off. That's why I'm trying to unroot and reroot. That seems to interfere with a few things that need super user privileges. Is there another way?

I was just going to sync with app brain. I wasn't really worried about since I sent most of the user data to SD and copied that to my computer.
