Market: Please Help, I am going insane.

Please, help me as I am going 100% bat-sh** crazy trying to figure out a solution.

I purchased a Next2 Android Tablet. I did some research, but I'll admit: I am an Android dunce, so much of the information I read did not fully register. Had I known more about Android OS and Apps, I would never have purchased this product.

It is advertised as having the "latest" Android OS loaded. It has version 1.5, which, as far as I can tell, is actually the "first" OS. Also, it does not have Market installed.

Can I manually download Market? Or, better yet, can I get a newer version of Android that includes Market and install it on my device?

I am so frustrated. The would love to download apps for my device that will actually be useful to me. I cannot even access my Napster account. I am SO FRUSTRATED!

Can anyone help?

Honestly, I would just take the thing back. That is pretty much useless without 2.1 or 2.2 installed. If the box states it has the latest version, and it doesnt, thats false advertising, and you have every right to take it back.

i agree with you. anyway, you can update your android on your pc and have the market app again.
