Hi Just joined - I have my first Android phone

Hi All, here I am hoping to learn what I can about my new Samsung i5500 Europa Android 2.1 phone. Tricky to type so far. I have downloaded AppBrain and now about 12 apps. However, there are three apps I can't uninstall (they refuse) so where do I post to get the necessary help, please.

Welcome! You'll have to root your phone in order to get rid of those apps.

Maybe just go to Settings -> Applications and then search the apps you want to delete and then press the app, a new screen will appear- then uninstall
