Is this normal? I don't know Android, I'm a Palm Pre guy, but my son's S that we got him for Christmas has been locking up, so I tried looking into his phone.
We installed one of the Task Manager apps, and killed some processes, and in looking at the System Info tab, I saw that the total processes were adding up to 100%, with the kernel task seeming to take up what the other two categories of tasks didn't, with the free percentage listed as 0%.
So, is that the way it is supposed to be? His battery life isn't that bad, well, at least compared to what I'm used to with the Pre.
Sorry if this is a newbie question, but I've tried searching and just did't find anything that addressed the cpu usage.
Thanks!
