Why is Froyo still on the Samsung site?

I know Froyo was officially pulled, but what i'd like to know is why is it still available for download from the samsung site if officially pulled?

They just stopped the OTA. Their customer service was getting inumdated with all the folks having troubles with the update. Most of us doing it manually haven't had all that many problems. Mine is working perfectly. But then, it was on DK28 too.
