I'm using Phone Weaver (free to try, $4 to buy) and I like it a lot. It completely automates the necessary profiles to fit my daily routine with a single exception - I have to turn the WiFi on when I get home so it will recognize my home network and trigger home profile. It does not seem to consume any significant amount of power and has been stable and consistent. Works great for me, you mileage may vary :)
