thnks bro but i cant download applications directly on my phone .. since i dont have net on my phone yet..... can u tell me how i can download it on my pc , so that then i can transfer to my phone

You will need to download a dictionary .apk file to your computer...

You will then need to transfer it to your SD card and install...

haha dude its my phone i have buy it... actualy i m from india... and here mostly phones are sold without subscription/connection ... becoz here we mostly used gsm rather than cdma

well buyng/taking a new subscribtion is almost as good as free... then aftrwards u need to pay as per your use... u can either take prepaid or postpaid connections.....

Well, you have a phone, and a subscription "is almost as good as free"! I would be chomping at the bit to get that connection, install everything, and get it all working.
You're the boss over its use, and you can for instance disable mobile data use, so that you only use data when connected to WiFi hotspots.
BTW, a socalled 'unlimited mobile data plan' is not unlimited at all. It is governed by a "fair use policy" cap. But if you don't use streaming video, watch live TV, or game a lot, that limited "unlimited data plan" is enough for most users. But exceeding it can get expensive.
