Best Buy Epic phone deal

Best Buy has the Epic 4G Phone priced at $149 new or upgrade.

Since I bought one (upgrade) from BB in the last 2 weeks for $199, I went back today (3/17/2011) and got a $50 credit.

This "seals the deal" for me. I plan on keeping the Epic beyond my 30-day evaluation period.

Don't know how long this pricing will last ...

Is that RS Brick & Mortar store or web site?

If it is the web site then that's Simplexity and I would not do business with them.

If its RS B&M store then no worries ...

the $99 deal at radio shack is for new contract only prices. it's $150 for contract extension.

i bought my epic at best buy. west kellogg wichita ks. i am on my 3rd one.and right after my 30 days, like 32 days of having it my keyboard started missing letters when i push on them. still has that problem. and i got it back in nov 2010.im so sick of it.but if i take it back i'll get a refurbished!

then couple weeks ago i went back to best buy and bought the sanyo taho for my 3rd line for a good rugged work phone. they did not have one in the store so they shipped one to me a few days later. i opened it up 2 get it activated and it was broke. took it back 2 best buy and got my money back. i will NEVER buy another phone from best buy again! sometimes cheaper is not always the way 2 go people. I found that out!

I went 2 sprint store and bought the sanyo taho, and don't have any issues with it.great basic work phone with execellent battery life!

just thought i would share my experience with best buys phones. if you buy one from them , good luck 2 you!

lol....if you buy a new phone, it's new wherever you go. The missing keys is a common problem..

I do hear good things about buying cell phones there with the instant rebates etc.... That is probably the ONLY reason I would ever walk into a Best Buy store again!

I've had great luck with them. They even repaired my broken gorilla glass. It took a little while, but I trust my phone more than a refurbished one.
