Root Facebook Issues after Root and Flash

I searched the site for a thread with a solution to my problem, while I was able to find people with a similar problem, not a single one of them had a resolution or had people having this problem in 2011. I recently rooted my HTC EVO 4G and flashed it with Skyraider 3.5 in order to perflock with SetCPU. I hadn't used Facebook since I got the phone 2 days ago. Now I am unable to login with the actual Facebook app as well as the Facebook Sense. I have to imagine something happened in between the time when I rooted it yesterday and flashed it this morning. I have done nothing else to my phone other than that. Is this because of what I did or is it just a Facebook issue? Is there some setting I need to adjust? The privacy settings fix did nothing to get me on Facebook, whether is 3G or Wi-Fi.

With the app the error I get reads : AN error occurred during sign in. Please try again later.
With sense it tells me it is not currently available.

I have not yet, I guess this is what I will be doing next, I thought I read that it was for EVO 4G, then again I've been reading so much stuff on rooting and droid in the last 72 hours I'm likely confusing things. I wasn't looking forward to re-flashing again, after reloading everything. I want a ROm that is essentially stock sense with a stock Kernel.

I am currently restoring to the point right before the flash, so I will see if it was the Rom or not.

Any Sense rom will have the original Sense feel to it as it is still a part of it. Most will have the sprint bloatware removed though. Here is a thread that we have been compiling here on AF: http://androidforums.com/evo-4g-all-things-root/284413-roms-kernels-download-page.html

Take a look at those. Most come with the stock kernel. You can use Titanium Backup to save your apps and app data when switching roms. Just don't restore system data as it can cause issues.

I will take a look at those, thank you. If I do a restore from a backup, that doesn't have anything to do with a system restore would it?

With backup, all Facebook applications work well.

What Rom has the least amount of bugs associated with it, if that is answerable.

I am on Sprint Lovers with Amon Ra recovery and like it a lot. Haven't had sny problems whatsoever and I have read a lot of favorable reviews of it. I hope that helps :)

Also, I am on Facebook quite a bit and have had no problems at all.
