Google Nexus One vs Droid Incredible

The digitizer is much better on the Incredible and it has an optical trackball, other then that I was always to believe theyvare the same phone. Processor might be slightly newer but they are both 1ghz.

I have and love my Nexus One. It's even running the latest 2.3.4 OS. The glowing trackball is a great notification, although I think it sucks for navigation.

However, it is an older phone (in phone terms) and has its faults (some have digitizer issues etc).

That's a good price, and if it does what you need then I think it's still a good phone, and will continue to be for a while. The lack of front facing camera and limited internal memory is the thing that is finally going to make me move to something else (although I'll certainly keep it). What that something else is I'm not sure yet. Pure Google and vanilla Android are a huge plus in my book and Nexus One's go for high prices on E-Bay.

The digitizer has issues tracking when you use two fingers (it only supports two finger inputs, where my tab can handle 5). Its famous for swapping axis when you cross your fingers...

I am a bit unclear on what this would affect. The only purpose I use 2 fingers for is pinch-and-zoom. Does this work as expected?

Yes, in everyday use this isn't a problem. It's just a limitation of the system that is used. Pinch-Zoom works fine.

Others may have more issues than me. Occasionally if you're manipulating a picture you may encounter the issue, but I haven't had it happen enough to bother me.
