Root Which KING ROM has toggles in notification menu?

On XDA I tend to see screenshots of KING roms that have the ringer toggle, backlight toggle, etc in the pull-down notification menu. However, when I go and flash the rom it's never there. I only see a "quick settings" tab that have the wi-fi, 4g, gps, bluetooth, etc toggles. Does anyone know? TIA

Looking for this functionality because I loved how Myn's roms had it... It's just that Myn hasn't released anything in quite a while so I'm moving away from it.

I am running Kings gb r2. It is cm7 based so any of the cm7 roms should have this. Go to settings>CM settings>interface and the notifications settings are in there.
