Root Holy cow ... GB Battery life???

Hello all, first time-long time. I just recently flashed over to zombie stomped 1.7 and my battery life kind of sucks compared to apex 1.4.1 Is there something i missed or something i did wrong. Also turns off on its own sometimes Any help would be much appreciated

Desmadre.Sr, welcome to the forums! I would suggest creating a new thread dealing with the issues you're having with your phone; you may get a better response that way. However, how long ago did you install it? What upgrade path did you use? Have you tried wiping the battery stats in clockwork recovery?

i went through flashing back to the .340 .sbf via RSD 4.9 lite. Updated using the 2 file .596 rooted via droid 2 bootstrapper and then zombie stomped via droid 2 boot strapper i have not yet tried wiping the battery stats thank you for your prompt response and your suggestion

Just did some research. Its not ready for .596. Only Hateraid and Lexlite are. That might be one of your problems there. You are mixing a .596 system with .595 framework.

I see. I only flashed it because on another forum, of course pure speculation, someone mentioned that it should not affect it. After the flash though it does say "System version 4.5.595.MB810.Verizon.en.US". Thank you for your insight.

I checked a little while ago before putting my phone on the charger and I had 2 days 9 hours of use and I still had 37% battery left.

Please let us know what your settings are and what your usage is. I didn't use my phone for the better part of 8 hours, and it only dipped a few % points as expected, but generally speaking on a normal day, it feels like a leech is sucking my battery dry! I have the extended battery and it's draining like a snaked toilet! I have NEVER been able to go more than 12-16 hours treading very lightly, and I can guarantee I don't use it as much as people on here.
