Big problem with my Huawei

Hello!!! I'm Dee and I'm having problems with my Huawei...

This morning my phone was fine but after looking at my msgs on fb it suddently started getting slow.. I decided to turn it off like I've done in the past. When I turned it back on the phone would not log onto the main screen, it only repeats the carriers intro voice over and over... It sound like a broken record... So I took the battery off and kept it off for approximately 20 mins.Put the battery back on and no luck. What can I do? I need my phone!!! H.E.L.P?????

Welcome to Android Forums.

It could be several things. You've tried the basic, so my next suggestion would be to do a factory reset. Here's how.

Be aware that this will wipe all the apps settings and data from the internal memory. You might want to remove and sd cards you have before doing the reset.

Those instructions were for the Ascend, BTW. If that's not your phone, it may be a different method to perform a hard reset. If that doesn't work either, then i think it's time for a warranty claim.
