Ok what's up, I know what I'm about to ask has already been asked but I just got to know!! WILL METRO PCS BE RELEASING NEW "Android" PHONES ANY TIME SOON? And I've already seen other threads with the same question, but I mean cmon' some one gots to have the hook up?? I mean like someone gots to know...
I just don't want to waste my money getting the lg Optimus M and then like 2 weeks later a new phone comes out. So please help me out, thanks-

there's a new huawei coming any day now as long as it doesn't get cancelled or pushed back... i'm not too excited for it though. nothing too exciting with it...

metro has stated it will have 5-6 android lte phones by the end of the year. let's hope they're serious...

I work for MetroPCS and I know for a fact there will be at least 2 more available before september but the LG optimus is not exactly your best bet the Samsung Galaxy Indulge 4G is. The new android phones coming out will most likely be 1 low end, 1 mid range, and a super badass high end 4.3 inch 4GLTE android with a front facing camera and very possibly running 2.3 (gingerbread) OS.

Thanks guys, I think I'm going to go with the Optimus M for now, & if a new one happens to come out, i guess I'll just have to upgrade.

optimus m is a nice phone, especially now that there's a decent cm7 and overclocking kernal for it. it's a good in between phone while you're waiting for something awesome to come...

maybe you should check out the true power of this forum, aka the mods awesome forum for mods here. there is a version of cm7 and overclocking kernal. don't give me thanks, give the man responsible thanks and be sure to donate so he can keep it coming for us

Does anyone know if metro is going to expand their 4g coverage or are they done for the forseeable future Because i live about 20 minutes west of ann arbor michigan which gets 4g and it sucks since it goes from 4g to 2g in my area

Rumor was that they were going to work on filling in holes with no 4G within the established coverage area before expanding it further.
