Help Missing market app and all my other apps

In a bit of a situation

Rooted my SE x8 successfully
partitioned my 8GB sd card with FAT32 + ext2
tried to install app2sd following the example here

but instead of using adb shell, I used terminal and it failed during install after the busybox message. I rebooted after I was getting errors to force close some applications and I'm back with the stock UI (used to have launcher) and all standard apps. All my apps are missing + market app

How do I get market app back ?

find it and download it,write in google android market.apk and you'll find it
