Root How to go back to stock ROM from Icarus

I just got the Samsung Indulge and want to give my Ascend to a friend. From my understanding Metro won't put the phone in her name if it's rooted and not running the stock ROM. So, I need to switch it back to it's original state but don't know how. Any help?

you can switch it all over the phone and they will never see the phone

Thanks for the link. I am loving the Indulge. It makes the Ascend seem like a baby toy. It's super smooth and the battery is much better than the ascend. Not to mention 4g!!!
