Help with taking a picture and then emailing it

Hi, I take a picture with my Galaxy S2 and then hit share (and choose email) then put in who i want to send it to and hit send...

They never get it.. I go back in to email and it is sitting in the outbox.. I have to manually hit send outbox and it will then send...

isnt there a way to just make it send as soon as you attach it and hit send...

try using the gmail to send see if same result
