CyanogenMod+MIUI ??

After Steve kondik was hired by Samsung ,Rumor has it ,that samsung may partner with Xiomi .(Will Samsung acquire MIUI to expand software reach? | Android and Me)

Could we see a unique MIUI-CyanogenMod ROM ??
Will there be a CyanogenMod ready feature ??
What do you guys think ?

On a unrelated note ,What do you guys think of MI-ONE Phone ?

Or am I Late for this debate ? .

I coulda swore I read that Steve Kondik stated that CyanogenMod was and will remain a side project for him and was not part of the Samsung deal he received. Clearly I think his presence on the Samsung software team will do a ton to improve Samsungs software, and I look forward to good things in the future.

I run CM7 on my phone during the work week and MIUI on the weekends. CM7 is stable and fast, MIUI is fun But I get a lot of random reboots. If I could get the stability of CM7 with the fun of MIUI id be very happy.

I guess so. But there is nothing worse that your phone randomly rebooting in the middle of a meeting/powepoint and the Simpsons theme playing that you have set as boot audio.

I gave MIUI another shot last week after almost a year of not using it. For whatever reason, it's still the only ROM that never restores my apps (and I'm lazy and don't use TBU). Also, it was just painfully slow, slower than anything else out there now. Though, I guess the Droid is just showing her age.
Either way, I'd love to see someone from the Cyanogen team get in bed with an OEM!
