The new android market still not out on my phone

It has been several weeks since Google announced the new Android market.I have an HTC wildfire s that runs android 2.3. It should update automatically right? I am the only one with this problem?

Nope. I dont have it officially yet. I have the apk but the new market turned out to be quite slow.

I already have it on my Droid Incredible, Nexus S and Samsung Galaxy S2. But I don't have it yet on my HTC Desire Z.

Menu, settings, manage applications, scroll to the market app and if it's not 3.1.3? Then it's not the most recent version.

Another indicator of the new market is Google's +1 underneath total downloads

Not on my AT&T inspire before or after the official GB update earlier this month nor is it on the CM nook color. I'm still enjoying the green one while I can, not going to manually update.

I actually like the most recent version of the market. First, all of you downloaded app are in alphabetical order. I believe that's a nice feature. Second, I like the green market for apps and games, blue market for books and red market for movies.

All in all, I feel that the newer market is better organized, imo

I thought I'd heard complaints from some about movies and books taking up a huge amount of space on the screen when you're trying to look for an app or something?


And I like the last-installed/updated order of my apps in the green market. Would be nice if there would be a way to sort alpha or last installed.

If rooted, You might try OldMarket to switch New market/Old market.
