Please help! Having trouble loading recovery on my optimus m

Can someone walk me through this. Im rooted but i cant get it to work. Please help. Thanks. IVE TRIED ALL THE POSTS ON HERE TO HELP ME BUT IM STUCK

Im rooted and i have term app but i cant down load the flash file to my comp and the other file im suppose to download. Im using a mac. When i download thise two files to i transfer them to my sd card like the flash file app. Confused

Not sure if I can help you as I'm also new with this and, also don't know about MAC computers.

You said "cant down load the flash file to my comp and the other file im suppose to download" -- then you also say "When i download thise two files to i transfer them to my sd card like the flash file app" -Not exactly understanding. Were you able to download the files? If it's the recovery files you're asking about and was able to download to your computer, make sure you unzip them before putting them on your sd card?
