Root Just rooted, need help

Okay so my phone is rooted and superuser appears to be installed as it is an app in the app section. However, not really sure what to do from here. How can I remove bloatware and do some of the other things? I went into the manage applications section but it still doesn't appear to allow me to remove these things but I think I am missing something.

download Titanium Backup. Free version is fine. Use the "freeze" feature to keep the stuff you don't want from loading. You can delete them if you wish but be careful. Somethings are needed by the system.

You can try freezing an item and if it causes you issues then unfreeze it. If not then you probably can delete it. There is also tons of threads on multiple different forums telling you which items can be removed.
