Still no 3G or 4G

So for the most part it looks like everyones service has come back up except mine. I have been at my job all day where I normally have full bars of 4G and I can barely get a single bar of 3G on my phone. I called Verizon and they had me reboot the phone, then power off the phone and pull the sim card and then replace the sim card and power back on and still nothing. The Verizon tech support rep suggested that maybe something happened to my sim card or phone when the network went down last night and told me to go get my sim card replaced tomorrow and if that doesnt fix it to have them replace the phone. This is really irritating me right now. Hopefully this gets resolved tomorrow. If not im returning the phone.

Is anyone else still getting no signal?

Ive just really had enough with verizon and all the bs. Im really not sure if I even wanna bother trying to have them replace the card or the phone. Might just return it. Im seriously contemplating going back to a dumb phone at this point

Take a deep breath dude. Let's not do anything crazy here.

In all seriousness though, I don't know what's up. I'm going to monitor my 3G/4G the next few days and decide whether I need to follow up with Verizon. Having been a customer of Verizon's for about 10 years, I can assure you this is not worth reverting back to a dumbphone over. Verizon has been top notch, and I am sure this issue will be resolved shortly.

Well the nasty rep at Verizon decided she didnt want to replace my phone with a new one so I returned it. I had not even a single bar of 3g when I walked in the store and that wasnt proof enough that there was something wrong. She reactivated my Thunderbolt after returning the nexus and wouldnt ya know FULL 4G. The nexus they had on display only had 1 bar of 4G when I was in there. The Razr and Rezound both sitting right next to the nexus both had full 4G. And the rep still denied that there was an issue. She just said oh the 4G network is still down, it hasnt been back up since it initially went down. At this point I saw I was getting nowhere so I just cut my losses and told her to just return it. Ive Been back on my Thunderbolt now for about 3 hours and it hasnt dropped below 3 bars of 4G once. As much as I liked the nexus its not the phone for me. Hope all of you that stick with it have better luck.
