Another 4G outage? SERIOUSLY!?

NE Ohio here. No data connectivity whatsoever for about 30+ min. 1X keeps trying and failing to connect.


This is an absolute joke anymore. Verizon is absolutely pathetic in their ability to support this technology.

Same for me here in Dallas. I have 6 days left to return to Verizon....I'm seriously debating it, never had this issue before with my Motorola Droid 1, geez.

Just got off the phone with Verizon. There is definitely a 4G outage but it is also affecting their 3G hence no data for me. Their recommendation was that I go somewhere where there is wi-fi service. On a positive note she did say that if this outage lasts over 24 hours that I can call back and request a credit. Their normal policy is to take the number of days that the outage occured and divide that by what I pay for that line so $29.99 divided by 31 days this month would get me a credit of a whole $.96...YESSS!!!!!!!!!!

what's tragic about that (where i live) is that i'm still better off dealing with vzw's sporadic network outages than having tmo or att.

Is everyone having the same problem? After the update, my phone constantly switches from 3G/4G/ No G! It's a lot worse now. When I didn't have the 4G service in my area (which has only been a month now, I would at least always get 3G. What gives?
