Help Stuck/Dead pixel or backlight bleeding?

I'm loving the Prime so far. But yesterday, I noticed a bad pixel on the screen, and I can't figure out whether it's dead or stuck, or if this is an example of backlight bleeding. I can't get a decent pic of the issue, but it looks similar to the pic below, just more defined .

Thoughts? Is this fixable? I've run PixelFixer for 30 minutes, and no change. If this isn't an easily fixable problem, what's the general consensus on trying to exchange the tablet? It's very noticeable, and obviously I'd prefer a perfect viewing experience. But if this is a fairly common issue, then I suppose I can live with it.

Thanks!

What the image shows is what tv repair guys call a white spot or hot spot. This occurs either during manucafturing of the lcd panel if a tech had to manually put the unit together and pressed on the screen. Or is an actual defect in the panel. This is not a stuck or blown pixel. If you have the option to exchange, I would. I just had to exchange through office depot because i had dust between the glass digitizer and lcd panel. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the advice, and wish me luck on the exchange.

This looks nothing like a dead/stuck pixel. I had no stuck pixels for the first 3 days of use on my prime, but last night a pixel was stuck (stuck pixels have color, mine was blue vs a dead pixel which isnt fixable and is black) So I ran a stuck pixel fixer for about an hour, went back and it was gone, so as of now im not returning it.

Since yours appears to be much more than a single pixel affected, I would either return to seller, or RMA it.
