I want to move videos and photos from my SG2 to my windows PC.
1.
When I try USB cable connection, the Windows Eject Device icon in the system tray correctly shows that "SAMSUNG_Android" is connected, but its Removable Disks F & G are greyed out; and Windows File Explorer sees those drives but won't open them ("Please insert a disk into...").
2.
When I connect via FTP (using Filezilla as the client on the PC, and Shuttle FTP as the server on the GS2) I can transfer only small files. Videos over 200 MB don't transfer completely or without damage. Furthermore, FTP can't delete any files on the GS2, even the small ones.
3.
When I connect via Kies Air, it cannot delete any of the photos or videos on the GS2; and it also can't transfer the large videos (same problem as FTP described above).
Can anybody clarify what this pattern might indicate?
Or suggest what else I could try to get those videos into the PC?
Thanks for your attention.
