Ok this is for everyone having the "Encryption Unsuccessful" error.
Note: you need to partion your sd and system meaning you will loose all data

1. Boot into CWM
2. Select Advanced
3. select Partion SD Card
4. Partition to Ext "Size 1024M" then after select "0M"
5. Reboot, Install the ROM

@johnny424 - Have you gotten this to run any better? Are you still using it for your daily ride? or were just playing around with it as well?? Just curious... anxious as hell to see this become more dev'ed... Bummer I don't know squat.

BTW, thanks for what you and everyone else has done to get this where it is.

im sure there are other more talented/knowledgeable people working on it as well...the nandroid i posted in my opinion deffinelty seems better then the original alpha 2 posted..it isnt ready for full time use yett..even though the majority of everything works fine..i didnt really do anything special bro..added some mods and tweaks , scripts , bp edits, swaped out some apps that werent working for ones that will..but its tough because i dont wanna take out to many things from the original cm9 and get to far away from its roots..at some point they have to be fixed and not swaped out..if you can live without bluetooth and video playback and have some patience for how choppy it can be then i deff think it could be used as a daily..i will continue to mess with it and help as much as i can..without a linux setup to really take a crack at it dont know what els to change...one good thing is most of the remaining issues with our cm9 are pretty widely known issues for all cm9's on all devices...wifi..3g..hd playback..choppyness...flicker..and most have been fixed on other devices..so there is deffinetly hope in my opinion
 
I'm downloading this right now n I'm wondering is there gapps to this rom? Cuz I remember seeing it somewhere but I forgot n I already flashed alpha 2 so I lost my bookmarks -.- stupid mistake lol just lookn for some help
 
Here's a dumb thought and please understand I don't know dog poop about programming, but couldn't you just add a the bluetooth apks from cm7 to get bluetooth to work in cm9 or is different programming required?

cm9 is a completely different monster then cm7..while that would be nice..im pretty sure its gotta be coded..i wish it was that easy

...if theres something you need let me know ill pack it in a flashable zip when i get home from work

yeah probally soo..but im not gonna pull all the google service crap out of it because thats all there is..everything els..maps, gmail and all that other crap is not included

I didn't kno there was a bug for the vibrate thing cuz dats not listed anywhere for working and not working things....cuz it worked b4 after like 5 txts it stopped in alpha 2 version ..I'm just sayin! It ain't a big deal lol

naa..it will restore on any phone...some phones have a broken cwm and cant flash zips..so they package the nandroid in a zip dl it that way..i myself have never had md mismatch so im not sure off hand..ill look into it
 
to any one who gets md mismatch


delete the md5 file out of my image and replace it with one from your own backups
