Help Cannot download anything from googleplay using data...Wifi works fine o_O

$ some reason it seems I cannot download anything from the GooglePlay store if Im not connected to a Wifi network.. My data plan is 4g and whenever I try to download anything its starts looping all over and wont show anything on the progress bar... However as son as I connect to Wifi it starts the download...

Any work around for this.?

Perhaps you have stats saver on.
Go to settings --->Batteryand Data Manager---> Data Saver---> if the box is checked unchecke it.
If not its probably, the setting in the market Go to Market--->press menu key---> settings--> and uncheck the update over wifi only.

Thank you very much for the tips...Unfortunately..none of the options were checked..still the issue remains every time I try my data plan...Wifi works like a charm.. I even uninstall AVG...thinking that maybe a security option was blocking the downloads... Didn't work either =(
