Help Contact icons/Facebook Intergration

Greetings fellow users

I have just gone from my very fustraiting HTC Desire(It used to eat memory cards) to a brand new Xperia S (Or SXS as it seems to be called)

Now, on the old HTC it linked with Facebook and downloaded peoples profile pictures as icons in the contacts folder. Now, am i being dense, as some have downloaded but not all in my contacts list. What have i, or am i doing wrong?

Any help would be greatly received

I dunno if this helps at all but i had a similar issue, some of my contacts would not update to the facebook pics, i found out that if you click your contacts, go in to edit one you can press the picture up the top left and choose between a picture on the phone or the facebook pic?
