AT&T Motorola Atrix 4G Mobile hotspot problem

hey does anyone know how to some how hack the mobile hotspot on the AT&T motorola atrix 4g because every time i keep going to the icon to turn it on it says to sign up at att.com/mywireless to make an account i can't because its UNLOCKED FOR THE SASKTEL NETWORK IN CANADA and no i really don't want to root my phone if i don't have to

I did the root on my phone and then edited the system setting to enable it.

You know, I've already forgot. I went through the rooting and then used an editing program to change the setting. Do a Goggle search for enabling mobile hotspot on Android phone.
